Required Qualification for Bank of Baroda Recruitment
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology and Social Work should be preferred.

Tenure for Bank of Baroda Recruitment
As per the official notification of BOB Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be appointed for a tenure of 01 year. The Agreement may be terminated by either party by giving proper notice.
The counselor has to give at least 3 months notice. From the bank, the counselor will be given a notice period of one month. Renewal of agreement is possible at the Bank’s sole discretion subject to existing policies and regulations.

Bank of Baroda Recruitment Salary
As per the official notification of BOB Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will get a monthly salary of Rs. 23000, out of which Rs. 18000 and Rs. 5000 as transportation charges. The number of meetings or camps held per month will determine whether transportation costs are reimbursed or not.
If less than ten camps are conducted per month, the fee will be Rs. 3000, and if more than ten camps are held per month, the fee is Rs. 5000. Camp should be at least reasonable distance from FLC center and not have any motorized facility used by LDM/RO to qualify for HA.
For the purpose of organizing camps and meetings, the FLC will have jurisdiction over the entire area, and any HA claim without adequate explanation may be rejected by the LDM, RO, or base branch. No additional compensation or reimbursement of expenses will be allowed.
