GO GREEN YOJANA 2023 : Government of Gujarat runs many assistance schemes for various sections of people. A scheme has been put in place to encourage the industrial workforce to become a partner in the Government of India’s “Green India” mission and subsidize the purchase of battery-powered two-wheelers that reduce carbon emissions. GO GREEN; 30% amount or Rs.30,000/- whichever is less for purchase of battery operated two-wheeler by industrial worker will be paid as subsidy and also one time subsidy on RTO Registration Tax and Road Tax of two-wheeler. GO GREEN YOJANA 2023

Workers will get subsidy on purchase of electric two-wheelers
With the aim of making the state green – pollution free and making the laborers self-reliant in transport, the state government has launched the “Go-Green Yojana”, GO GREEN India under which special financial assistance will be given to the organized and construction sector laborers on the purchase of electric two wheelers. Under this scheme, subsidy will be given on purchase of battery operated two-wheeler by organized sector and construction workers. Under which a subsidy of 30 percent to 50 percent or Rs.30,000 will be given on the purchase of electric two-wheeler. GO GREEN YOJANA 2023
