If you don’t listen carefully while doing these things, heart attack can happen suddenly

A person has a heart attack when the blood flow to the heart muscle is blocked. Smoking, high fat diet, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or weight gain are considered to be more responsible for heart attack. But other reasons also cause heart attack and these things do not go unnoticed. On the occasion of World Heart Day, today we will tell you about 10 such reasons.

1) If you do not get enough sleep even after feeling tired, the risk of heart attack increases. According to a study, people who sleep less than 6 hours a night have double the risk of heart attack compared to people who sleep 6-8 hours. Lack of sleep increases blood pressure and inflammation.

2) Migraine: Migraine problems increase the risk of stroke, chest pain and heart attack. If someone has both heart disease and migraines, they should not take the migraine medication triptan. As it constricts the blood vessels, consult a doctor if needed.

3) Cold environment: Due to cold temperature, our arteries become thinner and due to this, there is a hindrance in the flow of blood from the vessels to the heart. Therefore, physical activity is required to warm up the heart muscle in cold temperatures.

4) Eating too much at one time releases the stress hormone norepinephrine in the body. It works by increasing blood pressure and heart rate to trigger a heart attack. Eating a second or very high-fat meal also causes a sudden increase in blood fat, which can temporarily damage blood vessels.

5) Strong emotional: Emotions like anger, grief and stress are also responsible for heart problems. Too much happiness can also cause a heart attack. Hence one should not let the feeling of pain and happiness overpower oneself.

6) Exercise: Working out is considered very good for our heart health but too much exercise can lead to heart attack. Experts say that about 6% of heart attacks are caused by extreme levels of physical exertion.

7) Personal moments: Like any exercise, enjoying too much personal moments with a partner also increases the risk of heart attack. For most people this relationship is important and healthy. It is a part of life but if you have any heart related disease then talk to the doctor at least once.

8) Cold flu: According to a 2018 study, the chance of having a heart attack increases 6 times after a week after having the flu. The reason for this is not known, but experts say that while fighting infection, the blood becomes sticky and starts to form clots and the risk of heart attack increases.

9) Coffee : Like alcohol, coffee has its own benefits and drawbacks. The caffeine in it raises your blood pressure for a short period of time and this can lead to a heart attack. Experts say there is no risk for people who drink two to three cups of coffee a day.

10) Getting out of bed in the morning: It is common for a person to have a heart attack as soon as he wakes up in the morning. In fact, our brain floods the body with hormones. It helps you wake up. Due to this, more stress increases on the heart. You can also become dehydrated after a long sleep, which makes the heart work harder.
