Mahindra, the country’s leading company, has also made a buck towards CNG. The Mahindra CNG tractor has 4 tanks with a capacity of 45 liters at 200 bar pressure and a gas filling capacity of 24 kg.

The company is claiming an estimated saving of Rs 100 in this CNG tractor compared to the diesel tractor. This will greatly benefit the farmers in reducing the cost of agriculture.
